Use this page to search for activities for batch enrollment. Batch enrollment is the process of enrolling a group of participants to an activity at the same time in a single transaction. You can make payments by batch for all participants or individually.
The following fields are available on the Batch/Enroll Update Form:

Select Add Registrants to build a batch entry list by searching for or entering registrants.
Select Manage Roster to display the current list of registrants for the selected activity.
Note: These options are not available until you have searched for and selected an activity. |

To charge one payment for the entire batch of registrants, select Batch.
To have each individual registrant pay for themselves, select Individual.

Full or partial name of the activity in which you want to batch enroll.
Note: You can use wildcards (* or %) to search for any string of characters anywhere in the activity name. For example: searching for *ch* includes Michael, Chandler, and Peach in the results. |
Click Search to return a list of activities from which you can select. The following fields are displayed:

Click the Activity in which you would like to batch enroll registrants. This displays the Batch Data Entry Form.
