You can reschedule private lessons for multiple customers at once. You must have the Front Desk: Registration - Batch Reschedule Lessons profile enabled on your account in order to do this.
Note: You can only change the start times for private lessons, not the duration.
Go to Front Desk > Registrations > Batch Reschedule Lessons.
Select an Instructor.
Enter the 1st Date and Last Date of lessons that you want to search for.
Enter a Time Range.
Click one or more of the Days of Week.
Click Search.
On the Batch Reschedule Lessons page, click the Select checkbox for all lessons to reschedule.
To modify lessons in a batch, choose one or more of the following:
To reschedule the selected lessons to a specific instructor:
To reschedule the start times of the selected lessons using the same time increment:
To reschedule the duration of the selected lessons using the same time increment:
To refund a batch of lessons, click the Credit checkbox for all lessons to refund.
To modify individual lessons, do one or more of the following for each lesson that you want to modify:
Enter a new Proposed Instructor, if necessary.
Enter a new Proposed Facility, if necessary.
Enter a new Proposed Start Date Time, if necessary.
Enter a new Proposed End Date Time, if necessary.
Select the Credit checkbox for any lessons that you want to refund (instead of rescheduling), if necessary.
(Optional) To swap two customer's private lessons (their instructors, start date/times, and end date/times will be exchanged):
Click the Select checkboxes for the two lessons that you want to swap.
Click Swap.
(Optional) To see if the new proposed times are available, click Preview.
Tip: To change details for a particular customer's private lessons, click Modify Lessons. The Book Private Lessons page appears.
Click Submit.
To view a non-monetary receipt with the changed lesson times, click the Receipt Number link for the receipt that you want to view.
