To change your password, email address or mobile phone number for logging into ACTIVE Net (without requiring assistance from a system administrator):
To change your password:
In
the upper-right part of the screen, click
.
Click Operations > Change Password.
In the Password Details section, enter your Current Password.
Note: If you make an error while entering your current password, enter it again. ACTIVE Net does not lock you out after a set number of incorrect entries. However, the lockout for incorrect password entries on the public site still applies. See Password Security.
Enter your New Password.
Note: Your new password must meet the following criteria:
You cannot reuse any of your previous 5 passwords.
You must enter a strong password of between 8 to 20 characters, containing at least three of the following: lowercase, uppercase, numeric or symbolic ($&~`!@#$%^&*()-_=+{[}]|;:'",<.>/?) characters.
In the Re-enter Password field, enter your new password again.
Click Save. The new password is effective immediately.
To change your email address:
In
the upper-right part of the screen, click

Click
the Operations > Security > Set up your email address
link or
(edit) icon.
Enter your Email address and then click the Send code button.
Retrieve the verification code sent to your email account and enter it in the Verification code field.
Click the Set up button.
To change your mobile phone number:
In
the upper-right part of the screen, click
.
Click
the Operations > Security > Set up your phone number
link or
(edit) icon.
Enter your Mobile phone number (select the country code) and then click the Send code button.
Retrieve the verification code sent by SMS to your mobile phone and enter it in the Verification code field.
Click the Set up button.
