Use the customer ledger to view a history of financial activity for a customer over a specific time period (including transactions, refunds/transfers, payments, fees, interest, etc.).
Choose one of the following:
Go to Front Desk > Population > Customers.
Go to Administration > Population Settings > Customers.
Search for and select the customer that you want to view.
Click View Customer Ledger.
Select whether to include This Customer Only or the customer's Entire Family in the financial history.
Enter a Begin Date and End Date for the financial activity that you want to view.
To include account balance and (open) payment plan information, select Include account balance and open Payment Plan (A/R) details.
Click Submit.
