You can add or edit titles such as Ms., Dr., or Mr. to customer names. Use the Customer Titles page to specify which titles are available to select.
To specify the pages where users can enter customer titles, see Customer Configuration.
Go to Administration > Population Settings > Customer Titles.
Choose one of the following:
To add a new title, click Add New.
To edit an existing title, click the Name of the title that you want to modify.
In the Title Name box, enter the title as it will appear in the customer record.
