You can specify that a customer must have a certain membership and/or alternate key before borrowing a piece of equipment.
Go to Administration > Equipment Settings > Equipment.
Search for and select the lendable equipment that you want to assign a prerequisite.
Click Change Prerequisites.
Click Add New.
In the Prerequisite section, select a Current Membership or Alternate Key Type that you want to assign as a prerequisite.
In the Grouping section, enter a Group Number for the prerequisite.
Note: If you want to specify that a customer needs only one out of a group of possible prerequisites, give each prerequisite the same group number. A customer needs only one of the prerequisites in each group in order to fulfil the facility/equipment requirement. Group number 0 indicates that the prerequisite is not part of a group.
Click Save.
