Use this page to view or change the details of customer transactions.

    1. Choose one of the following:

    2. Search for and select the desired customer.

    3. Click View Transaction History.

 

The following options are included on the History page:

Hyperlink

Click the link to display the Customer Account Functions page for the customer.

Show Family Member History

Hyperlink

Click the link to display transactions for all family members included in the customer account.

Show Only Customer Transactions

Hyperlink

Click the link to only display transactions for the customer.

List of all transaction types that you can select for displaying customer account details.

 

The checkboxes that are selected by default are determined by the link clicked on the Customer Account Functions page.

 Begin Date

Date

The earliest date of transactions to include in the list.

 End Date

Date

The latest date of transactions to include in the list.

Search

Button

Search for and display transactions that meet the selected criteria (for example: transaction types, dates, customer only or all family members).

Transactions

Type

Hyperlink

Type of transaction (for example: Enroll, Refund, Product or Coupon sale, Gift Card, or Team Member registration).

 

Click an underlined Transaction link to go to the Transaction Detail page, where you can view and modify details of the transaction.

Description

Text

Name or description of the item involved in the transaction (for example: activity name, membership, event name, card type or coupon type, or name of product sold).

Receipt Number

Hyperlink

Receipt number of the transaction.

Transaction Date

Date/Time

Date and time when the transaction occurred.

Customer Name

Text

Name of the customer involved in the transaction.
