Choose one or more of the following search techniques and click Search:
Enter one or more of the customer's names. Try typing just the first few characters of the name, or click Sounds Like if you are unsure of the spelling.
Enter the customer's Email Address or Phone number.
Scan the customer's membership pass card, or enter the Customer ID, Family ID, or Membership Pass Number if you know it.
If you get too many search results, try entering information into additional search fields. This should narrow down your search.
If you get no results, try removing information that could possibly have been misspelled from your search criteria. Focus on search fields that use numbers, like Phone number or Zip Code.
Select Include Retired? from the Retired dropdown list to see customers that match your search but that have been purposely retired from customer searches.
In the Customer Source dropdown, select to filter for:
All customers (All sources).
Only customers who completed the prospective customer questionnaire form (Prospect form).
Only customers who did NOT complete the prospective customer questionnaire form (Non-prospect form).
If you have tried multiple searches and still can't find the customer you are looking for, you can create a new customer. The system will alert you if it detects that you are entering a duplicate customer.
