Enabling enhanced customer account view

Enhanced Customer View (ECV) is an interface for customer account related functions.

 

    1. Go to Administration > Population Settings > Configuration

    2. In the Enhanced Customer Application Settings section, click Use enhanced Customer Account application?

    3. Click Save.

 

Tip: If Use enhanced Customer Account application is enabled, when you navigate to the Customers page the ECV Customer Search page automatically loads.
