Enhanced Customer View (ECV) is an interface for customer account related functions.
Go to Administration > Population Settings > Configuration
In the Enhanced Customer Application Settings section, click Use enhanced Customer Account application?
Click Save.
Tip: If Use enhanced Customer Account application is enabled, when you navigate to the Customers page the ECV Customer Search page automatically loads.
