Company authorized agents

Use this page to manage authorized agents for a company.

 

If the agent is authorized to administer the company account on the customer site, click My Account to access their My Account page from the customer site. The Admin Online field is No if the agent is not authorized.

 

To view or modify the customer record of a specific agent, click Edit Customer.

 

The following options are available on the Change Company Authorized Agent page:

Click this link to go to the Change Company Authorized Agents page, where you can modify customer details.

Contact Type

Contact type or company designation of the authorized agent.

Admin Online

Checkbox

Select this option to authorize the agent to administer the company account from the customer site.

 

If you select this option, the My Account link displays on the Company Authorized Agent List page.

 

To let authorized agents be representatives for the company and make reservations or donations on its behalf:

  1. Click a Name link.

  2. Select Administer Online.

  3. Go to the Online Configuration page.

  4. In the Allow authorized agents to section, select one of the following:

    • Make reservations for Company or

    • Make donations for Company.
