Use this page to select a donation campaign and enter the donation amount when making a donation.
Click Front Desk > Donations - Make Donation.
The following fields are available in the Donation Entry page:

Amount | Numeric | You can select one donation amount from the donation amount
list or select other to
enter any amount you want to donate.
Value has to be greater than 0. |
To make a recurring donation, the campaign must be set to allow recurring donations. See Donation Campaigns.
Click Front Desk > Donations - Make Donation.
Search for the customer or company making the donation.
From the Donation Campaign drop-down list, select the campaign.
Enter the Donation Amount (in whole dollars).
In the Recurring Donation section, select Recurring Donation?
Enter the Frequency of the customer or company's donations.
Enter the Duration of the donations. Do one of the following:
To donate a specific number of times, select Stop after _____ donation(s) and enter a number of donations.
To stop on a particular date, select Stop on ________ and click the Calendar button to select the end date.
Enter the Recurring Donation Payment. Do one of the following:
Select Credit Card, and enter your Card Number and Card Expiration.
Select Electronic Check, select your Account Type, and enter your Account Number and Routing Number.
For staff members, select Manual Deduction, and enter your Employee Number. The amount is deducted from your paycheque.
Click Submit.
