Viewing a customer or company's credit cards and electronic checks

For each customer you can view a list of the credit cards or electronic checks that the customer or company has used to pay for a transaction in the past. You can also manually link credit cards or electronic checks to the customer's account if you want a credit card to be available for this customer to use in the future.

 

The customer or company will be able to use the credit cards on the list in future transactions, though you can also specify that certain cards on the list should not be available for future use.

 

    1. Choose one of the following:

    2. Search for and select the customer or company that you want to view.

    3. Click Saved Credit Cards / Electronic Checks.

    4. Choose one of the following:

    5. Click Save.
