Viewing a company's sub-companies

Sub-companies are companies that have another company specified as a parent company. Use the Sub-Company page to view all of a company's sub-companies.

1. Choose one of the following:

• Go to Front Desk > Population > Companies.

• Go to Administration > Population Settings > Companies.

2. Search for and select the company that you want to view.

3. Click Manage Sub-Company.

4. Choose one of the following, if necessary:

• Create a new sub-company that does not yet exist in the system.

  1. Click Add New.

  2. Edit sub-company details.

• Create a new sub-company that already exists in the system as a company.

  1. Click Add from Existing Records.

  2. Search for and select the company that you want to add.

• Modify an existing sub-company.

  1. Click the Name of the sub-company that you want to modify.

  2. Click Change Sub-Company Details.

  3. Edit sub-company details.

• Remove a sub-company from the list.

  1. Select the Remove? checkbox for the sub-company that you want to remove

  2. Click Remove.
