Generate official schedule

The Generate Official Schedule function for leagues and tournaments is used to create the schedule of officials who will officiate the games in the league or tournament schedule.

Prerequisite Components

Prior to generating the Official Schedule, the following data points must be configured:

League or Tournament Schedules

Where is it found?

1. Select the Administration tab.

2. Select the following menu links: League Settings > Leagues.

3. Search for and select the desired league or tournament.

4. Select the Manage Schedules link.

5. Search for and select the desired schedule.

6. Select the Generate League (or Tournament) Schedule link.

How is it used?

Before actually creating the official schedule, you will be presented with a Scheduling Request Summary page which will list the following information:

• Start Date

• End Date

• Officials

• Game Sites

• Duration of Games

If you find any errors on the Scheduling Request Summary page, you can click on the Back button and modify the necessary information before coming back to generate the schedule.

If you are satisfied that all the information is correct, clicking Generate Official Schedule will create the official schedule.
