League and tournament schedule dates and times

League and tournament schedule dates and times define the dates the league or tournament schedule starts and ends, as well as the times that games may be scheduled on each day of the week.

 

You can assign multiple facilities with different start and end times.

Prerequisite Components

Prior to setting up league or tournament schedule dates and times, the following data points must be configured:

League or Tournament Schedules

Where are they found?

    1. Select the Administration tab.

    2. Select the following menu links: League Settings > Leagues.

    3. Search for and select the desired league or tournament.

    4. Select the Manage Schedules link.

    5. Search for and select the desired schedule.

    6. Select the Dates and Times link.

How is it used?

On the League/Tournament Schedule Dates and Times page, the following dates and times information are available, as defined below, with the option to Save the record at the bottom of the page:

Dates and Time Information
Start Date Date

Date the league/tournament schedule starts; entered in month, day, year format or by clicking the calendar icon and selecting a date from the pop-up calendar.

Required.
End Date Date

Date the league/tournament schedule ends; entered in month, day, year format or by clicking the calendar icon and selecting a date from the pop-up calendar.

Set Date & Time

Button

Option to set date and time:

  • Across All Facilities: This is the default and allows you to set the date and time for all facilities.

  • By Facility: If this option is selected, each location will be listed with fields for specific times to be entered.

Clear All

Text

Clicking Clear All will delete any times that have been entered for that particular facility.

Add Another Row

Text

Clicking Add Another Row will automatically add another row for the facility.

Add Another Dates and Times Set

Text

Clicking Add Another Dates and Times Set will display another Dates and Times section where you can additional schedules across all facilities or by facility.

Times Information
Days of Week/Times Grid For each day of the week (for example: Sunday, Monday, etc), enter the times when games may be scheduled, in HH:MM AM/PM format.
