Organization information

This page contains information about your organization.

 

The city, state, and zip/postal code entered here becomes the default information when creating site and center records.

 

The phone and fax numbers entered here also becomes default information when creating site records.

Where is it found?

    1. Select the Administration tab.

    2. Select the following menu links: System Settings > Organization.

How is it modified?

On the System Settings - Organization page, you will find the following input fields with the option to Save at the bottom of the page:

Organization Text

Name of your agency.

Address Text Main address of your agency.
Address (line 2) Text 2nd line of address of your agency.

Country

Dropdown list

The country in which your agency is located.

 

This field only appears if the Allow international addresses option is selected in System Settings - General.

 

Note: If a country is selected whose states are not in ACTIVE Net's database (for example: Afghanistan) the dropdown list for states disappear, and a text box will appear in its place. Here you can manually enter the name of the state, and the state field will no longer be a required field.

State Dropdown list State of your agency.
Zip Code Text Zip or postal code of your agency.
Phone Phone Main phone number of your agency.
Fax Phone Main fax number of your agency.
Email Text Contact e-mail address of your agency.
Web Site Text Web site address of your agency.
