Daycare session dates are the specific date, time and location for when and where a daycare class is occurring.
Prior to setting up daycare session dates, you must configure the following:
Go to Administration > Daycare Settings > Sessions.
Select a program type.
Select the Dates link for a daycare session.
The following options are included on the Daycare Session List page:
Below this grid is the list of Individual Dates defined for this session.
On the Daycare Session Dates page, click Add New to go to the Change Session Date Detail page.
On the Daycare Session Dates page, click a Date link to display the Change Session Date Detail page, with the selected date loaded.
Select the checkboxes for the dates that you want to delete, then click Delete.
Note: Dates marked with * (in the Start Date column) cannot be deleted.

When you add a new individual date, it defaults to the same facility as the other dates in the session.
The current reservations for this same facility are shown in calendar format at the bottom of the screen to assist with choosing the date and time required for additional dates. Required. |

For example, you can close registration to restrict the number of customers registering on a given day, and later reopen a session for registration.
Note: Closing a session does not affect customers who are already registered. |
