After a league schedule has been generated, you can manage specific game information.
Prior to managing league games, the following data points must be configured:
Select the Administration tab.
Select the following menu links: League Settings > Leagues.
Search for and select the desired league.
Select the Manage Schedules link.
Search for and select the desired schedule.
Select the Manage Games link.
The Manage Games page displays a grid with the following information for each game in the league schedule:
Date
Home Team Number
Home Team
Away Team Number
Away Team
Start Time
End Time
Game Site
Officials
Home Team Dressing Room (visible only if dressing room assignment is enabled)
Away Team Dressing Room (visible only if dressing room assignment is enabled)
There are also several hyperlinks that allow you to address specific areas of the game information:
By default, when you come to the Manage Games page, the Customize Schedules functionality is displayed, and the following actions can be performed:
To Delete a Game
To delete a game, select the corresponding checkbox under the Delete button column then click the Delete button.
To Swap Games
If any team has a scheduling conflict, it is possible to swap the date, time and location of a team's game with another scheduled game of other teams.
Select the corresponding checkboxes for the two games to swap under the Swap button column then click the Swap button. The dates, times and locations of the games will remain the same on the grid but the playing teams will be swapped. For example, the date, time and location for the game between Team A and Team B can be swapped with the game schedule between Team C and Team D.
To Add a New Game
To add a new game, clicking the Add New button will take you to the Change League Schedule Pairing page, allowing you to enter a new game.
To Edit an Existing Game
To edit an existing game, click the corresponding Edit link to go to the Change League Schedule Pairing page where you can modify the following fields, with the option to Save or Delete at the bottom of the page:

Note: When a game is modified, it is validated to ensure that the game site is available on the date and time specified, and does not create a conflict for either team or the officiating team. The game site is also reserved, if necessary.
The Game Site Distribution link reports for each team how many games are played at each of the available game sites and their total number of games.
The Team vs. Team Distribution link reports how many times each of the teams play each other.
