Changing permit charges

This page is used to view or change the charges applied to a permit.

 

    1. Go to Front Desk tab > Reserve > Permits.

    2. Search for and select the desired permit.

    3. Select the Change the Charges link.

Using Permit Charges

The following fields are available in the Change Charges page:

Name of Field Type Description
Charge Description Hyperlink Description of the charge applied to the permit.
 
Click the link to modify charge details.

 

Note: If you do not have permission to make transactions on multiple sites and this permit was not reserved at your site, you cannot click this link.

Event/Facility Read only Event name and facility reserved.
Qty Read only Number of units of the charge to apply.
Unit Chrg Read only Amount of the charge per specified unit.
Chrg Read only Total amount of the charge (computed as Qty x Unit Chrg).
Tax Read only Amount of tax applied.
Disc Read only Amount of discounts applied.
Rfnd Read only Amount of refunds applied.
Paid Read only Amount paid by customer.
Bal Read only Remaining balance that needs to be paid.
