A/R aging report

This report displays aging information about accounts receivable from customers, listing balances that are currently due, past due for 1 to 30 days, 31 to 60 days, 61 to 90 days, and over 90 days (after subtracting linked credit).

Save Report Definition

 

Clicking the Recall / Schedule a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.

 

The following fields are available on the A/R Aging Report page:

The following filters are available on the A/R Aging Report page: Customer, Company, Parent Season, Child Season, A/R Transaction Date Range, Revenue Site, Transaction Site, Customer Type, Age Transactions as of (Date), Package, Daycare Program Type, Daycare Program, Alternate Key Value and Event Types.

Options

Summary Report

Checkbox

Option to produce a summary report or a detailed report.

 

Summary reports will only display A/R totals for each customer while detailed reports will list individual A/R transactions for each customer.

Include transaction details?

Checkbox

Option to include transaction details in the report such as activity name and number, event name and permit number, membership package name and number, daycare program name and number (this depends on the type of transaction)and customer and staff notes.

 

Note that this option is disabled if the Summary Report checkbox above is selected (transaction details cannot be included in the Summary Report).

Retired

Dropdown list

Option to filter reports by customer status.

 

The options are:

  • All Customers - includes both retired and active customers

  • Exclude Retired - includes only active customers

  • Only Retired - includes only retired customers

Sort By Non-retired / Retired

Checkbox

Option to sort transactions first by non-retired and then retired customers.

Report Module

Checkbox

Option to filter transaction charges from a choice of report modules.

 

The choices are: Registration, Membership, Equipment Loan, Facilities, Daycare, and POS.

 

Note that this only affects A/R charges, and not payments.

Include Online Transactions?

Checkbox

Option to include data from transactions that were created on the customer (public access) site.

 

Note: This option is only visible to system users who do not have a multi-site user profile.

Output Type

Dropdown list

The output type or format of the report, as selected from a predefined list.

 

The available output types are Adobe Acrobat Reader, HTML, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Excel (Tabular Format).

Option to save the report definition for later use.
