A/R transactions report

This report lists account receivable transactions for each customer in each revenue site. It displays the customer name, receipt number, permit number (if applicable), transaction description, charge amount, payment amount, linked credit and balance (linked credit is subtracted from the total balance due).

Save Report Definition

 

Clicking the Recall / Schedule a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.

 

The following fields are available on the A/R Transaction Report page:

The following filters are available on the A/R Transaction Report page: Customer, Customer Type, Company, Parent Season, Child Season, Revenue Site, Transaction Site, A/R Transaction Date Range, Alternate Key Value, Package, Daycare Program Type, Daycare Program and Event Types.

Options

No Transactions As Of

Date

Option to only include customers who have had no transactions since the selected date.

 

Click the icon to select a date from the pop-up calendar.

Retired

Dropdown list

Option to filter reports by customer status.

The options are:

  • All Customers - includes both retired and active customers

  • Exclude Retired - includes only active customers

  • Only Retired - includes only retired customers

Sort By Non-retired / Retired

Checkbox

Option to sort transactions first by non-retired and then retired customers.

Group By Revenue Site

Checkbox

Option to group the transactions by revenue site.

 

If selected, sub-totals will be calculated for each revenue site.

Include Revenue GL Account

Checkbox

To display columns for Revenue Account Name and Account # along with a grand total for revenue accounts at the bottom of the report, select this option.

Report Module

 

Option to filter transaction charges from a choice of the following report modules.

 

The choices are: Registration, Membership, Equipment Loan, Facility, Daycare, and POS.

 

Note that this only affects A/R charges, and not payments.

Include Online Transactions?

Checkbox

Option to include data from transactions that were created on the customer (public access) site.

 

Note: This option is only visible to system users who do not have a multi-site user profile.

Output Type

Dropdown list

The output type or format of the report, as selected from a predefined list.

 

The available output types are Adobe Acrobat Reader, HTML, and Microsoft Excel.

Save Report Definition

Report Title

Text

Option to save the report definition for later use.
