This report is used to show the total amount of revenue generated by your agency and also the amount from these transactions that go to ACTIVE Network, LLC.

Save Report Definition

 

Clicking the Recall / Schedule a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.

 

The following fields are available on the Active Income Report page:

Options

Show Sub Totals

Checkbox

Option to show subtotal amounts for each sub-grouping in the report.

Summary Report

Checkbox

Option to produce a summary report.  

 

Summary reports only display the amount totals for each sub-grouping in the report, while detailed reports list individual transactions, receipts, or fees (depending on the report type).

No Zero Amount Records

Checkbox

Option to exclude transactions that have zero amounts (for example, transactions that did not require payment).

Voided Status

Dropdown list

Option to include transactions with a voided status, without a voided status or both in the report, as selected from a predefined list.

Receipt Source

Dropdown list

Option to include transactions that occurred online, not online or both in the report, as selected from a predefined list.

Output Type

Dropdown list

The output type or format of the report, as selected from a predefined list.

 

The available output types are Adobe Acrobat Reader, HTML, and Microsoft Excel.

Save Report Definition

Option to save the report definition for later use.
