For analysis purposes, you can use the Activity Waitlist Notification report to view the statuses of notifications sent to waitlisted customers.
Go to Reports > Registration Reports > Activity Waitlist Notification.
In the Filters section, select the Customer, Customer Type, Activity, and/or any other information that you want to use to filter the report.
In the Options section:
To display only activities with a specific activity status, select a required option from the Activity Status dropdown.
To include the waitlist history for the selected customers, select the Include Waitlist History checkbox.
To additionally show contacts for the waitlisted customers, select the Include Contacts checkbox.
Select the Output Type for the report.
Click Run Report.
The report results include customer information, activity information, the date and time the invitation was last updated, waitlist status and contact information.
