For analysis purposes, you can use the Activity Waitlist Summary report to view a summary of waitlisted customers in different statuses for each matching activity.
Go to Reports > Registration Reports > Activity Waitlist Summary.
In the Filters section, select the Activity, Department, Activity Category, and/or any other information that you want to use to filter the report.
In the Options section:
To display only activities with a specific activity status, select a required option from the Activity Status dropdown.
Select the Output Type for the report.
Click Run Report.
The report results include activity information and columns that display the total count of individuals by status.
