This report displays agency payment distribution information for all transactions, grouped by G/L accounts.
The agency payment amount represents the amount due to the agency from all transactions made in ACTIVE Net that were paid for using credit cards.
The agency payment amount is calculated by is calculated by subtracting the credit card fees and transaction fees (if applicable) from the credit card payment amount. For example, if the credit card payments total $1000, and the credit card fees and transaction fees total $50, then the agency payment amount is $950 (this amount will be paid to the agency).

Clicking the Recall / Schedule a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.

Summary Report |

A summary report only lists total amounts per G/L account, while a detailed report lists all individual transactions per G/L account.

If you want to export this report using a plain format and no subtotals so that you can easily manipulate the figures in a spreadsheet, select Microsoft Excel (Tabular Format). |
