Average fee per customer type report

To display the average fee charged to specific customer types within specific activities or activity types, run the Average Fee Per Customer Type report.

 

    1. Go to Reports > Registration Reports > Average Fee pre Customer Type.

    2. In the Filters section, specify the Customer Types, Activities, Transaction Dates/Times, and/or any other details that you want to use to filter the report, if necessary.

    3. In the Options section:

      1. To narrow down the report data to activities with a specific activity status, select the status from the Activity Status list.

      2. To group the report data according to specific criteria, select the grouping criteria that you want to use from the Group by list.

      3. Select the Output Type for the report.

    4. Click Run Report.
