Calendar-daily multi-resource

This report displays a one-day calendar with multiple columns for selected equipment, facilities and instructors.

 

Bookings for each facility, equipment or instructor for that day are displayed in their appropriate columns.

Clicking the Recall / Schedule a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.

 

The following fields are available on the Daily Multi-Facility/Equipment/Instructor Calendar page:

The following filters are available on the Daily Multi-Facility/Equipment/Instructor Calendar page: Date for Calendar, Permit # Date Range, Schedule Type, Customer Type, Customer, Company, Reservation Site, Geographic Area, Center, Event Type, Facility, Facility Type, Equipment/Facility/Equipment Group, Equipment Item, Equipment Package, Equipment Type, Equipment Category and Instructor.

Options

Time Interval

Dropdown list

Time interval to use in the calendar grid, as selected from 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours.

Show child facilities as booked?

Checkbox

Option to display child facilities of a booked facility and show them to be booked as well.

 

If not selected, only booked parent facilities will be displayed.

Display Customer Information?

Checkbox

Option to exclude the Customer Name column in report results.

Selected by default.

Include Facilities Without Bookings?

Checkbox

Option to include calendar columns for facilities without bookings, in addition to the calendar columns for facilities with bookings.

 

If not selected, only facilities with bookings will be included.

Include

Dropdown list

Option to include Facilities, Equipment, Instructors or all three in the report.

Output type

Dropdown list

The output type or format of the report, as selected from a predefined list.

 

The available output types are Adobe Acrobat Reader, HTML, and Microsoft Excel.

Save Report Definition

Report Title

Text

Option to save the report definition for later use.
