This report displays a one-week calendar for selected equipment, facilities and instructors.
Each selected equipment or facility will have its own one-week calendar where bookings for that week are displayed.
Reports > Reservation Reports > Calendar - Weekly
Clicking the Recall / Schedule a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.

The following filters are available on the Weekly Calendar page: Any day of the week (the date selected determines the week to include in the calendar), Time Range, Permit # Range, Schedule Type, Customer Type, Customer, Company, Reservation Site, Center, Event Type, Geographic Area, Facility, Facility Type, Equipment/Facility/Equipment Group, Equipment Item, Equipment Package, Equipment Type, Equipment Category and Instructor.

Show Child Facilities as Booked? |

Option to display child facilities of a booked facility and show them to be booked as well.
If not selected, only booked parent facilities will be displayed. |
Display Customer Name? |

Include Facilities Without Bookings? |

Option to create blank calendars for facilities without bookings, in addition to the calendars of facilities with bookings.
If not selected, only calendars for facilities with bookings will be created. |
