Charge matrix report

This report shows a list of instructor, facility and equipment reservation charges that are applicable depending on transaction factors such as customer type, event type, site, etc.

 

For example: different rates may be charged to commercial or non-profit customers for renting the same facility, and different rates may be charged for banquet events or meetings.

Clicking the Recall / Schedule a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.

 

The following fields are available on the Charge Matrix page:

The following filters are available on the Charge Matrix page: Customer Type, Site, Center, Event Type, Facility, Facility Type, Equipment/Facility/Equipment Group, Equipment Item, Equipment Package, Equipment Type, Equipment Category and Instructor.

Group by

Dropdown list

Select how you want to group charges on the report:

  • Customer Type

  • Site

  • Center

Include

Dropdown list

Option to include Facilities, Equipment, Instructors or all three in the report.

Only Show Items with No Fees Attached

Checkbox

To only display Facilities, Equipment and Instructors without attached fees, select this option.

Output type

Dropdown list

The output type or format of the report, as selected from a predefined list.

 

The available output types are Adobe Acrobat Reader, HTML, and Microsoft Excel.

Save Report Definition

Report Title

Text

Option to save the report definition for later use.
