This report displays information about the usage of coupons by customers.
It shows the coupon code, activity for which it was used, name of customer who used the coupon, name of staff member who accepted the coupon, the merchandise redeemed by the coupon (for merchandise coupons), and the discount amount.
Reports > Financial Reports > Coupon Usage
Clicking the Recall / Schedule a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.

Summary Report |
Checkbox | Option to produce a summary report or a detailed report.
Summary reports will only display the count of number of times a particular coupon was used and the total discount amount, while detailed reports will list each transaction where the coupon was used, including customer and activity names. |
Coupon Type |
Dropdown list | Option to only include particular types of coupons, as selected from either Registration, Daycare, Merchandise, Marketing/Free Merchandise, Membership, or Usage Fee (Membership) coupons. |
Group By (1st and 2nd) |
Dropdown list | Option to group (and sub-group) the report by Activity and Program, Date Code, Type, GL Account or Customer. |
Output Type |
Dropdown list |
The output type or format of the report, as selected from a predefined list.
The available output types are Adobe Acrobat Reader, HTML, and Microsoft Excel. |
