Credit on account

This report displays details and amounts of credit on account transactions.

 

It shows basic customer information, description of the transaction, transaction date, receipt number, and amount of credit, including available and linked credit.

Clicking the Recall / Schedule a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.

The following filters are available on the Credit on Account page: Revenue Site, Transaction Site, Customer and Company.

Options

Only show non-zero balances?

Checkbox

Option to only include customers with non-zero balances on their account.

 

For example, a customer whose credit on account balance has already been refunded will not be included.  

Summary Report

Checkbox

Option to produce a summary report or a detailed report.

 

Summary reports will only display the total credit on account balance of each customer, while detailed reports will list all their individual credit on account transactions.

Include transaction details?

Checkbox

Option to include transaction details such as the activity name, event name and permit number, membership package, or daycare program name (depending on the type of transaction involved), and customer and staff notes in the report.

Include Online Transactions?

Checkbox

Option to include data from transactions that were created on the customer (public access) site.

 

Note: This option is only visible to system users who do not have a multi-site user profile.

Output Type

Dropdown list

The output type or format of the report, as selected from a predefined list.

 

The available output types are Adobe Acrobat Reader, HTML, and Microsoft Excel.
