This report is used to create membership mailing labels for mass mailing purposes. Included are the names and mailing addresses of the selected customers.
Reports > Membership Reports > Membership Labels
Clicking the Recall / Schedule a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.
This following fields are available on the Membership Labels report page:

The following filters are available on the Membership Labels report page: Package, Package Category, Membership Start Date Range, Membership Expiration Date Range, Transaction Date and Time Range, Member, Customer Type, Customer City, Customer State, Customer Zip/Postal Code, Demographic, Package Site and Alternate Key Value.
Note that with the Customer filter, if a 'Mailing Name' had been included in the customer's information in your system's database, this name will appear in place of the selected customer's name on the report.

Primary Members Only |

Option to display only primary members in the report.
These are the primary customers that the membership packages are assigned to.
If this option is not selected, all members attached to the membership will be displayed, and (P) will be used to indicate the primary member. |
Renewable Packages Only |

Option to only include customers with renewable packages in the report. |
Membership Expiration Status |

Option to include customers depending on the expiration status of their membership packages, as selected from the following options:

Include 'No Promotional Email' Customers |

Select this option to include customers who have opted not to be included in the promotional email mailing list.
Tip: This option is useful for sending non-promotional email to customers (e.g. renewal notices, statements, etc.). |

Unique Addresses (labels) |
