Net revenue reports display the net revenue earned by the agency from different transaction modules. These reports show an agency's regular sales revenue after deducting expenses.
There are several types of net revenue reports, listed in the Report Types section below.
Note: When comparing the Net Revenue report by Activity Name to the Roster - with Payment, keep in mind that the Net Revenue report includes both tax and refund charge amounts. As a result, the amounts in this report may not match up exactly to the amounts in the Roster - with Payment (which includes tax but does not include refund charges).
On the main Net Revenue Reports page, select the criteria to organize the report by, as selected from the following: Account Name, Account Number, Account Category, Activity Name, Activity Category, Activity Number, Customer Type, Daycare Program, Donation Campaign, Event Type, Facility Name, Facility Number, Facility Type, Fee Name, Instructor, Membership Package, POS Product, Parent Season, Child Season, and Site Name.
Click Continue to proceed to the specific report page.
On the specific Net Revenue Report page, clicking the Recall a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.

All reports have the following filters: Transaction Date and Time range, Revenue Site, and Transaction Site. The other filters vary depending on the type of report.
For the Net Revenue Report by Account Name, Account Number, Customer Type and Site Name: G/L Account, Financial Department, Customer Type, or Site Name.
For the Net Revenue Report by Activity Category, Activity Name and Activity Number: Activity, Organization Department, Activity Category, Parent Season, Child Season and Financial Department.
For the Net Revenue Report by Activity Season: Activity, Organization Department, Activity Category, Parent Season, Child Season and Financial Department.
For the Net Revenue Report by Event Type Facility Name, Facility Number and Facility Type: Facility, Facility Type, Event Type and Financial Department.
For the Net Revenue Report by Daycare Program: Program and Financial Department.
For the Net Revenue Report by Donation Campaign: Campaign Name, Activity, Organization Department, Activity Category, Parent Season, Child Season and Financial Department.
For the Net Revenue Report by Fee Name: Charges and Customer Type and Department.
For the Net Revenue Report by Membership Package: Package and Financial Department.
For the Net Revenue Report by POS Product: POS Product, POS Product, Department, POS Product Class, POS Product SubClass, Activity and Financial Department.
For the Net Revenue Report by Parent Season: Activity, Organization Department, Activity Category, Parent Season and Financial Department.

Note: When accounting A/R (accrual) is turned on, put the A/R account (accrual) in the UnPaid_Amounts column, not the Total Refs column. |

Show Sub Totals |
Checkbox | Option to show subtotal amounts for each sub-grouping in the report.
For example, for the Net Revenue Report by Account Number, subtotals will be displayed for each account number.
Note: This option is unavailable if you have selected Microsoft Excel (Tabular Format) as the Output Type below. |
Summary Report |
Checkbox | Option to produce a summary report or a detailed report.
Summary reports only display the amount totals for each sub-grouping in the report, while detailed reports list individual transactions, receipts, or fees (depending on the report type).
Note: This option is unavailable if you have selected Microsoft Excel (Tabular Format) as the Output Type below. |
