This report displays a grid of selected dates, equipment, facilities and instructors as well as displaying whether a facility has a reservation on a particular date.
Dates when a particular facility is reserved will have 'R' printed on the date on the grid. Dates with no reservations will have a dot "." printed on the grid. This report offers a broad view of facility reservations on a particular date or date range.
Clicking the Recall / Schedule a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.
