This report displays usage statistics for ACTIVE Net users during a given date range. In particular, you can display:
Each users' logon time
Each users' logout time
Total duration users were logged on
The total number of unique users
The total number of log ins
The workstations used
The total number of unique users
Number and type of transactions performed
Reports > Financial Reports > System Usage Log
Clicking the Recall / Schedule a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.

The following filters are available on the System Usage Log page: Logon After Date (users who logged on after this date will be included) and Logoff Before Date (users who logged off after this date will be included).

Show Transaction Statistics |
Checkbox | Option to show the number of transactions performed on the system during each user's log on session.
Transaction counts are shown for the different types of transaction (enrolment, reservation, membership, POS, other), as well as the total number of transactions. |
Show Only Logged on Users? |
Checkbox | Option to only include users who are currently logged on. |
Output Type |
Dropdown list |
The output type or format of the report, as selected from a predefined list.
The available output types are Adobe Acrobat Reader, HTML, and Microsoft Excel. |
