Team schedule report

This report shows the schedule of games for selected teams, including game dates and times, game sites, and optionally include team and league contacts, officials, and scores.

Location

Reports > League Reports > Team Schedule

 

Clicking the Recall / Schedule a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.

 

The following fields are available on the Team Schedule Report page:

The following filters are available on the Team Schedule Report page: League Type, League Name, League Schedule Name, and Team.

 

Click the Report Filter link to learn more about reports and their filters.

 

Tip: To omit completed leagues from the report, click League Name. In the League List pop-up box, make sure Show Completed is not selected.

Options

Include Scores?

Checkbox

Option to include the game scores in the report.

 

Note: If a game was postponed to a later date, the text "Postponed" is displayed in the Score column.

Include Team Contacts?

Checkbox

Option to include home and opposing team contacts information in the report.

 

This includes name, contact type, and phone number.

Include League Contacts?

Checkbox

Option to include home and opposing league contacts information in the report.

 

This includes name, contact type, and phone number.

Include Site Information?

Checkbox

Option to include information about the sites where the team is attached.

Output type

Dropdown list

The output type or format of the report, as selected from a predefined list.

 

The available output types are Adobe Acrobat Reader, HTML, and Microsoft Excel.

Save Report Definition

Report Title

Text

Option to save the report definition for later use.
