Viewing Pass/Fail file import log

Use the Pass/Fail Import Log page to view the result of importing a pass/fail CSV file.

 

    1. Go to Registration Settings » Activities - Pass/Fail Import » Pass/Fail Import Log.

    2. Select the time range covering the Pass/Fail file import.

    3. Click Go.

    4. Click the log in Imported Time column to see the detailed log information.

If the result of your importing is Failed or Partially Failed, check the reason of failure on detailed log page and try importing again.
