On the Permit page, you can view permit details, print the permit, email the permit to customers, or save the permit to a PDF file.
On the Front Desk Home > Facility Management - NEW > Reservations > Reservations Detail page, select the required reservation.
On the action tool bar, click the View Permit button.
To customize your permit header, footer, signature lines or logo, refer here.
To print the permit or save the permit to a PDF file, select Print or Save as PDF. On the popup, select the required options.
To print the whole permit (including all sections), select Permit.
To print the whole permit (including all sections) with bookings grouped by month, select Bookings by month.
To print only the permit’s general information, organization information, customer information, schedule and signature areas, select Schedule.
To print only the permit’s general information, organization information, customer information, schedule change history and signature areas, select Amendment history.
To print booking details for recurring bookings, select the Display all bookings for recurring option.
To include the fee breakdown in the printed or PDF-formatted permit, select the new Show detailed breakdown of fees option.
The configured font size is selected by default, and you can select another font size if required.
To email a permit, click the Send Email button.
The Email Detail popup > Recipients field is automatically pre-filled the permit holder's email address.
If required, edit the email Recipients, Email Subject and Email Text.
To attach a PDF copy of the permit to the email, select the Attach permit PDF file to the email checkbox.
