Customizing email templates

The Email Template List page shows a list of email templates. To customize the email templates, you can use the default templates as the starting point and add your custom messages in the body text. You can also edit the sender and the subject line.

  1. In the Email Template List page, find the required template and then click View / Edit.
  2. In the From name box, enter the sender name.
  3. In the From email address box, enter the email address you want to use.
  4. In the message box, enter your customized message using the rich-text editor. You can also insert merge-fields into the body text. To open the merge fields editor, click the button with curly brackets at the top-right corner of the message box.
  5. To include membership details in the confirmation email, select the Include membership details checkbox.
  6. To receive a copy of every email sent, select the Send copies of each confirmation to... checkbox, and then enter the email addresses where you want to receive notifications.
  7. Save your changes.
