A membership program contains packages and payment options.
Click
Programs > Add
program.
Enter the
Program name and
Description.
Enter a
Prefix for membership ID.
Note: The prefix is optional. Membership ID is auto-generated by the
system. Prefix appears in front of each membership ID. Prefix is always
capitalized. If you change an existing prefix, then the new prefix applies only
to new members. Membership IDs of the existing members remain as they were.
Set up the multi-tier purchase requirements:
Stand-alone:
the program is not part of a hierarchy flow and the membership must be
purchased directly.
Multi-tier:
the program is part of a hierarchy flow and the membership must be purchased in
conjunction with other memberships within an organization's hierarchy.
In the
Restrictions section, select the
Restrict members to one membership checkbox to
limit a member to purchasing only one membership.
In the
Appearance Settings section, customize the
appearance of the membership registration page:
Unselect
Show Active logo to hide the Active logo.
In the
Agency name field, enter your organization
name and select the text color.
In the
Banner color field, select the background
color for the banner.
In the
Background color field, select the
background color for the page.
In the
Step 7: Activate Package Option page, set up
the package option activation status:
Save the option
as inactive. You can activate an inactive option later
Activate the
option now
Activate the
option at a specific time
You can preview the program by clicking
Preview Registration in the
Step 7: Activate Package Option page to check
how your program will look to a visitor.
