Adding email recipients

Recipient lists allow you to send emails to a group of people specified by swim team, registration date, age, gender, or age, etc.

When adding email recipients, you can:
  • select a pre-defined list, such as Past Due that includes people with a balance due, or a list that you have created and saved previously.
  • create a new list if there are no lists or none of the existing lists meet your needs.
  • Import a new recipients list.
Note: When creating or editing a list based on registration date or age, the list is automatically updated to include all participants who meet the criteria on the day the email is sent, not when the list was original created.
