Adding or deleting responses for multiple choices questions

Add or delete responses for Dropdown, Radio Button, and Checkbox question items.

Select the question, and then click Edit.
In the Choice section, do the following:
- To add an option, click Add another choice.
- To remove an option, click Delete.
