Default registration form questions are created for you. You can edit,
delete, or add library or custom questions as necessary.
Note: Athletes are required to enter a middle name
during registration, so editing the name setting in the
Athlete section is disabled. Users are given the
option to select the
No middle name checkbox if they do not have middle
names.
