Scheduling an email

Schedule your email to be sent automatically at a future date and time.

If you edit an email during its scheduled delivery time, the email will not be sent. You must choose a new delivery day and time.

Note: If the time zone is changed for your organization, the scheduled emails will display the new time zone. For example, if your email was scheduled for 9:00 AM PST and the time zone is changed to EST, the email will be scheduled for 12:00 PM EST.
  1. Below the email text, in the Schedule delivery section, click Later.
  2. Select a future date and time.
  3. Save your changes.
