Adding library questions to your form

The Questions Library allows you to use pre-defined form questions. If you want to add a question to your form, look through the library questions first. If the question is in the library, you can add it to your form directly. You can also use the library question as a template and edit it, such as adding or deleting an option, to meet your needs.

  1. In the Form questions page, click Edit.
    Each question item becomes editable.
  2. Click your desired question library tab.
  3. Drag and drop the desired questions to the registration form.
