To facilitate the management of schedule conflicts, use the Activity Dates Conflicts report to view schedule conflicts for a group of activities.
To access this report, you must be a system admin or system user whose user profile has Full Access to the AUI > Administration > System Settings > System User Profiles > Add New button or an existing profile > Function and Report Authorities > Function Options > Registration: Dates Conflicts Report permission.
Go to Reports > Registration Reports > Activity Dates Conflicts.
In the Filters section, specify the Activity, Season, Activity Category, Activity Start Date, Site, Center and/or any other details to filter the report, if necessary.
In the Options section:
To include only activities with a specific status, select the status to use from the Activity Status list.
Select the report Output Type.
In the Sort Options section, select the sort method.
Click Run Report.
