Activity Dates Conflicts report

To facilitate the management of schedule conflicts, use the Activity Dates Conflicts report to view schedule conflicts for a group of activities.

To access this report, you must be a system admin or system user whose user profile has Full Access to the AUI > Administration > System Settings > System User Profiles > Add New button or an existing profile > Function and Report Authorities > Function Options > Registration: Dates Conflicts Report permission.

 

    1. Go to Reports > Registration Reports > Activity Dates Conflicts.

    2. In the Filters section, specify the Activity, Season, Activity Category, Activity Start Date, Site, Center and/or any other details to filter the report, if necessary.

    3. In the Options section:

      1. To include only activities with a specific status, select the status to use from the Activity Status list.

      2. Select the report Output Type.

    4. In the Sort Options section, select the sort method.

    5. Click Run Report.
