Activity totals report

To view activity registration numbers, use the Activity Totals report. This report includes the minimum and maximum number of registrants permitted for each activity, the actual number of registrants, the number of residents and non resident registrants, and the number of holds, waitlists, and open slots.

 

    1. Go to Reports > Registration Reports > Activity Totals.

    2. In the Filters section, specify the Activities, Seasons, Activity Start Dates, and/or any other details to filter the report, if necessary.

    3. In the Options section:

      1. To narrow down the report data to activities with a specific activity and/or enrollment status, select the status from the Activity Status and/or Enrollment Status lists.

      2. To group the report data according to specific criteria, select the grouping criteria from the Group by list.

      3. To include only activities that have met the minimum number of enrollees required, select Minimum Met.

      4. To exclude trial enrollments from the report, select Exclude Trial.

      5. Select the Output Type for the report.

      6. Select any other necessary information that you want to include in the report.

    4. In the Sort Options section, select the method to sort the information in the report.

    5. Click Run Report.
