Adding or modifying translations

For an improved user experience, to display the redesigned CUI pages in French or Spanish, organizations can:

 

On redesigned CUI pages, a language selection dropdown (defaults to English) is displayed in the top-right corner. If consumers select Français o  Español, then the redesigned CUI pages are displayed in French or Spanish.

 

This Maintain Translation page is displayed only if the Multi-lingual feature is enabled for your organization.

ACTIVENet already has system labels and messages translated into French and Spanish. On this Maintain Translation page, organizations must translate their user-defined English text into the required language for display in the required language on the redesigned CUI pages.

 

Under the Administration > System Settings > System User Profiles > select a user profile > Function and Report Authorities section > Function Options sub-section:

 

To enter French or Spanish text for user-defined English text, on the Maintain Translation page, select the required language and then:
