A dressing room can be associated with multiple facilities and a facility can be associated with multiple dressing rooms.
To associate a dressing room with a facility or manage dressing rooms associated with the facility, on the Administration Home > Facility Settings > Facilities > specific facility > Facility Functions page, click the Change Dressing Room link.
On the Facility Dressing Room page:
To associate dressing rooms with this facility, click Add Dressing Room and on the Add Dressing Room page, select the required rooms.
When using the Auto-Assign Dressing Room function on the Assign dressing rooms page, to set the maximum number of dressing rooms for this facility, in the Max room number field, enter the required number. For example, if this is set to 4, then running the Auto-Assign Dressing Room function for this facility will attempt to assign 4 dressing rooms to this facility.
The order in which dressing rooms were associated with a facility is used to determine which dressing rooms will be selected when auto-assigning dressing rooms. To adjust the order of dressing rooms, click the arrows icon for the required dressing room and then drag-and-drop the icon to the required position in the list.
To remove a dressing room, click the trash can icon next to the unwanted room.
