To cancel a permit and optionally refund any paid charges, use the Cancel Permit page. Canceling a permit will lock it so that you can no longer make modifications to it or reverse the cancellation. After the permit is canceled, any amount that the customer was owing for the permit will also be automatically canceled.
Note: Canceling a permit is irreversible and will automatically cancel all reservation events included in the permit.
Go to Front Desk.
In the side-bar, click Reserve and select Permits.
Search for and select the permit that you want to cancel.
On the Permit Functions page, click Cancel Permit.
(Optional) Choose one of the following:
To refund any permit charges that the customer has already paid, click Refund Charges.
To refund a security deposit that the customer has already paid for, click Refund Deposit.
To add a new charge to the permit prior to canceling it, click Add a New Charge.
Click Cancel Permit Now.
